13.04.160 Testing of sewer line.
   Before acceptance of a sewer line by the city, and prior to the admission of sewage into the system, the sewer line shall be tested and shall be complete and in full compliance with all requirements of the Gridley Public Works Construction Standards, and to the satisfaction of the director of public works.
