12.16.010 Purpose.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide for orderly development and eliminate duplication and uncertainty; to enable emergency vehicles to respond timely; to expedite postal and other delivery services; and to conform with Butte County's uniform system of the naming of streets and highways, adopted by Butte County's Ordinance No. 1874 on October 18, 1977.
