12.12.060 Required safety equipment.
   A.   It is a requirement for any person riding a skateboard or bicycle at the city's skateboard park facility to wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads.
   B.   For the purposes of this section skateboards include skates and roller blades.
   C.   A violation of the restrictions as described in subsection A. is an infraction.
