If a person has two convictions within a 12 month period for a violation of section 10.76.110 of this code (riding on sidewalks), such person will be temporarily prohibited from using or being present at the city's skateboard park for a period of 90 days. A person who is present at the city's skateboard park within 90 days of the second conviction for violating section 10.76.110 (within a year of a prior conviction of section 10.76.110) is guilty of an infraction.
