A. Vierra Municipal Park, located between Washington and Haskell Streets on the southern city limits shall be closed to public use every night between the hours of eleven p.m. and six a.m. the following morning. A gate, fence, or other barrier may be placed across all entrances during the time of closure.
B. All city parks and/or plazas other than Vierra Municipal Park, shall be closed to public use every night during daylight saving time between the hours of nine p.m. and six a.m. the following morning; during standard (winter) time, all city parks other than Vierra Municipal Park shall be closed to public use every night between the hours of six p.m. and six a.m. the following morning.
C. Persons found within any park after the specified closure time, pursuant to this section, shall be guilty of an infraction and they shall be so prosecuted.
