A. The following rules and regulations shall apply:
1. The speed limit within Vierra Municipal Park, located between Washington and Haskell Streets in the city, is established at ten miles per hour.
2. No dogs, horses, or other pets are allowed in any city park and/or plaza.
3. No overnight camping is permitted in any city park and/or plaza.
4. Bicycles may park in lawn areas, but shall not be ridden except on paved areas.
5. No vehicles shall travel any portion of any city park and/or plaza except on paved areas. Maintenance or construction vehicles, whether owned or contracted for by the city, shall be excepted from this regulation.
6. No person shall deposit or permit litter or debris of any type to be deposited in any city park and/or plaza except in debris containers provided for that purpose.
7. No household or other refuse or debris is permitted to be deposited in any park debris container.
B. Any violation of the rules and regulations set forth in subsection A of this section shall be deemed an infraction and punishable as such.
C. The City reserves the right to initiate civil proceedings against any person causing damage to any city park and/or plaza facility and/or violating these rules and regulations.
