10.88.120 Retail vendors.
   Each retail vendor that sells any motorized scooter shall upon the sale deliver to the person purchasing the motorized scooter a document prepared by the Chief of Police setting forth the rules and regulations of operation of motorized scooters as set forth in the California Vehicle Code and the provisions of this chapter.
