2.04.010 For city clerk and city treasurer.
   A.   Pursuant to Government Code Sections 36518 et. seq., the city clerk and city treasurer shall execute a bond.
   B.   The official bond of the city treasurer shall be the sum of one hundred thousand dollars.
   C.   The official bond of the city clerk shall be the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars.
   D.   When the position of city treasurer and city clerk reside with one and the same individual, the bond shall be the sum the same as that of the city treasurer only.
