10.76.130 Violation--impoundment.
   The police department may impound and retain possession of any bicycle operated in violation of the provisions of this chapter, and retain possession of same until an impound fee has been paid and violations corrected that can be corrected. The amount of the impound fee shall be established by resolution of City Council.
