10.08.010 Generally.
   A.   Whenever any words or phrases used in this title are not defined, but are defined in the Vehicle Code of the State of California and amendments thereto, such definitions shall apply.
   B.   The words and phrases set forth in this chapter when used in this title shall, for the purpose of this title, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this chapter.
