9.40.170 Powered model vehicles.

It is unlawful and in violation of this chapter for any person to operate or permit to operate a powered model vehicle between the hours of ten P. M. and seven. A. M. in such a manner that creates noise clearly audible across a residential zoned or commercial zoned real property boundary.
