It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to conduct or participate in any of the following uses or activities at the fishing area:
A. To start or maintain an open fire.
B. To swim within fifty (50) feet of the boat launch area.
C. To discharge any firearm other than at the designated shooting range under the supervision of North Valley Shooters or the Gridley Police Department.
D. To engage in any camping activities (which for the purposes of this chapter includes erection of tents or any other temporary living structure).
E. To consume an alcoholic beverage or have in ones possession an open container containing an alcoholic beverage.
F. To litter or otherwise dump refuse in any area other than designated city receptacles.
G. To leave the gate to the fishing area. unlocked.
