A. Access to the fishing area shall only be allowed by permit in accordance with city regulations now existing or which may be established in the future. City Council may establish by resolution a fee for a permit to access the fishing area.

B. The only permitted uses at the fishing area are:
1. Fishing, including parking while fishing;
2. Boat launching, including parking of vehicles and boat trailer;
3. Parking in designated areas while using the shooting range under the supervision of North Valley Shooters (the lessee of the shooting range from the city) , or by the Gridley Police Department.
C. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to use the fishing area:
1. For any uses not described above;
2. For any purpose inconsistent with the terms and conditions of any permit which the city issues for use of the fishing area.
