A. Any owner of premises which are subject to licensure under any retail package, off-sale alcoholic beverage license shall post such premises with clearly visible notices to indicate to the patrons of the licensee and parking lot and to persons on the public sidewalk, that the provisions of Section 9.28.010 are applicable.
B. The notice prescribed by subsection A of this section may be in the following form: "It is unlawful. to. possess. an open container of alcoholic beverage while on these premises, including the adjacent parking lot and sidewalk, (Gridley Municipal Code, 8.010)".
