9.20.090 Violation--confiscation of weapons.
   Any person in violation of this chapter shall have his or her weapons or firearms confiscated by the police. If not returned to the person by a court of competent jurisdiction, then annually, upon resolution of the city council, the weapons or firearms shall be identified and shall be destroyed by the chief of police, upon order of the council.
