9.20.060 Persons under the age of sixteen years--Possession or control.
   No person, under the age of sixteen years, shall have in his or her possession or control any BB gun, air gun, spring gun, cross bow or bow and arrow, within the city, except while in immediate custody of his or her parents as provided in this chapter.
