9.20.050 Providing weapons or firearms to persons under the age of sixteen years.
   It is unlawful for any person to sell, give, or loan to any person under the age of sixteen years, any BB gun, air gun, spring gun, cross bow or bow and arrow, within the city, except while in immediate custody of his or her parents as provided in this chapter.
