9.16.010 Unlawful assembly designated.
   For the purpose of this chapter, ten or more persons assembled together for any of the purposes set forth in this chapter in any of the the streets, the public parks and other public places of the city shall be deemed to constitute an unlawful assembly within the meaning of this chapter.
