14.05.010 Title.

This chapter shall be known as the "Sutter Butte Basin Regional Levee Improvement Program Development Impact Fee" (Regional LDIF) regulation of the City of Gridley. The City of Gridley hereinafter shall be called "city." This chapter shall be applicable in the incorporated territory of the city.
