17.22.030 Conditional uses.

A. Conditional uses in any R-1 district shall be as follows:

1. Public and quasi-public uses.

2. Churches.

3. Residential care facility.

4. Temporary sales tract offices.

5. Mobile home parks.

6. Small scale professional offices.

B. Conditional uses in subsections A. through F. above are not allowed in the R-1A and R-1B subzone districts.
