(A)
A traffic citation fine of $50 shall be issued by the Town Marshal’s Department for any individual in violation of § 70.01.
(B) A person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty has not been provided shall be fined a minimum of $5 and not more than the maximum of $500.
(C) The Judge of the Floyd County Court Superior Court is authorized to waive any minimum fee or penalty provided in this chapter if, in his or her discretion, the Judge believes the waiver to be fair and in the interests of justice.
(D) A violation of § 70.05(C) shall be subject to a fine of no more than $500 for a first offense and no more than $1,000 for each subsequent offense.
(E) Speeding fines.
(1) Any violation of § 70.06(A) shall be subject to the following fines:

(2) Any conviction associated with the above-referenced sections shall be reported to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
(F) Moving violation fines.
(1) Any violation of § 70.05(A), (B), or (D) shall be subject to the following fines: $50 plus court costs as set and amended by the State of Indiana and the courts.
(2) Any conviction associated with the above-referenced sections shall be reported to the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

The owner of a vehicle for which a violation has been issued shall be subject to a penalty of up to a maximum of $100 per offense if not paid within 30 days from the date of the violation. | ||
