(A) It shall be deemed a traffic violation by the Town Council and enforceable by the Town Marshal’s Department to operate a motorized vehicle of any type across any parking lots, sidewalks or curbs to avoid traffic back-up at any roadway or roadway intersection within the corporate limits of the town.
(B) Exemptions from this section:
(1) Lawn tractor equipment; and
(2) When being directed to do so by a Town Marshal or Auxiliary Department member in the case of an accident or natural disaster.
