§ 70.06 SPEED REGULATIONS.
   (A)   Speed limits. Any person who operates a motor vehicle within the town’s jurisdiction in excess of the posted speed limits shall be subject to the penalty described in § 70.99.
   (B)   Adoption of I.C. 9-21-5. The Town of Greenville hereby adopts I.C. 9-21-5 by reference.
