See parks and open space standards (§§ 153.1015 through 153.1023 of this chapter). In lieu of the set-aside requirements of § 153.1017 of this chapter, at least 50% of the development parcel shall be reserved for parks and open space. Parks and open space provided pursuant to this section shall be maintained in private ownership. The city may accept dedication of all or part of the parks and open space if it finds that the dedication serves a predominantly public purpose.
