§ 51.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any resident or business violating § 51.05 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $1, nor more than $500, and may be further ordered to pay all proper charges of the contractor.
