This subdivision applies to the keeping, in an unroofed area, any goods, junk, material or merchandise in the same place for more than 24 hours. For purposes of this section, “outdoor storage” is divided into the categories described in Table 153.1280(A) below.

Outdoor storage areas shall be screened from the street view and adjacent residence, office and commercial districts to a height commensurate with the location and height of the proposed storage.
