§ 153.0722 INITIATION.

(A) A site plan shall be submitted concurrently with an application for a rezoning (see § 153.0626 of this chapter) for a specific plan amendment, subdivision plat approval, CUP approval or any other discretionary development approval.

(B) Applicants for a site plan shall incorporate citizen participation pursuant to §§ 153.0610 through 153.0612 of this chapter and submit documentation of such efforts at the earliest feasible time in the process.
