(A) Grading development approval. Separate grading development approval is required for disturbances of land that require the removal of more than ten cubic feet of soil and less than 100 cubic feet of soil prior to the issuance of any development approval.
(B) Land disturbance activity. Any disturbance of land greater than 100 cubic feet of soil requires a development approval pursuant to § 153.1362 of this chapter.
