272.01 COMPOSITION, POWERS AND DUTIES.

There is hereby established a Treasury Investment Commission consisting of the Mayor, the Auditor and the Solicitor of the City, to have such powers and perform such duties as are provided in Ohio R.C. 731.56 et seq.
