CHAPTER 274 Tree Commission

EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter was repealed by implication by Ordinance 03-01, passed January 7, 2003, which adopted new regulations for the planting, maintenance and removal of trees in public streets and which established a new Tree Commission. Provisions concerning the Tree Commission are codified in Chapter 1030, Trees.
