CHAPTER 270 Recreation Board

EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter was repealed upon the dissolution of the Recreation Board by Ordinance 00-151, passed October 17, 2000. The powers and duties previously exercised and performed by the Recreation Board were transferred to the Board of Park Commissioners pursuant to authority granted under Ohio R.C. Chapter 755. See Chapter 268.
