269.02 DUTIES OF AUDITOR, LAW DIRECTOR AND SUPERINTENDENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION.

The Auditor, the Law Director and the Superintendent of Parks and Recreation shall serve at the request of the Board of Park Commissioners to offer additional advice and counsel to the Board on matters relating to the conduct of parks and recreation programs and facilities within the City limits.
