EDITOR'S NOTE: The Board of Park Commissioners was established by a vote of the people at the general election of November, 1918, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 755.01 et seq. The first meeting was held on February 17, 1919.
Ordinance 00-151, passed October 17, 2000, which dissolved the Recreation Board, transferred the powers and duties previously exercised and performed by said Board to the Board of Park Commissioners pursuant to authority granted under Ohio R.C. Chapter 755.
There are no sections in Chapter 268. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
