EDITOR'S NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Commission was established by Ordinance 99-57, passed June 1, 1999, which adopted a new Comprehensive Zoning Code in and for the City and which merged the existing Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. Because of this merger, references throughout these Codified Ordinances to either the Planning Commission or the Zoning Board of Appeals shall, after June 1, 1999, be deemed to mean the Planning and Zoning Commission.
