263.02   PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL.
   The Planning and Zoning Department personnel shall consist of not more than the following:
   (a)   One Planning and Zoning Manager.
   (b)   One Engineering Technician I.
   (c)   One Planning and Zoning Administrative Secretary.
   (d)   One Engineering Technician I, Storm Water Utility.
