§ 151.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 151.01 through 151.04 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding $10.
