§ 151.01 CAROLINA POPLAR AND SILVER POPLAR TREES PROHIBITED.

On and after the passage of this subchapter and its publication according to law, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to maintain or permit to grow any tree of the species known as Silver Poplar or any tree of the species known as Carolina Poplar upon any street or ground within the corporate limits of the town.
