§ 151.04 FUTURE PLANTING UNLAWFUL.

After the passage and publication of this subchapter according to law, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to plant any trees of the kinds or species described in § 151.01 of this chapter within the corporate limits of the town.
