§ 93.33 REVENUES, SPECIAL FUND.
   The revenues generated from the collection of the fee pursuant to this chapter for household materials collection shall be deposited in a separate non-reverting fund, expenditures from which shall be limited to the costs associated with the collection of household materials.

§ 93.34 FAILURE TO PAY FEE.
   If a residential unit shall fail to make payment of the fee assessed in § 93.30, the offending party shall be notified by the Water and Wastewater Office, in writing, of the delinquent payment. If said delinquent payment is not paid in full by the seventeenth day of each month, thereafter, then the collection services provided by the city shall be suspended until said amount is paid and brought to current status. Further, the delinquent party or parties shall be required to dispose of those items which would normally be collected by the city at his or her own expense if collection by the city is suspended pursuant to this section, subject to the requirements found in §§ 93.02, 93.03 and 93.04 of this chapter.

§ 93.35 PENALTIES, DAMAGES AND EXPENSES.
   In addition to the fine which may be imposed pursuant to § 93.99 as a result of failure to make payment of the household materials collection fee, any offending party or parties, whether it be a person, firm or corporation, shall also be liable to the city for all damages and expenses incurred by the city by reason of such violation in a civil action brought for such purpose.

§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $1,000.A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
