(A) On those streets which have been marked or signed for angle or center parking, vehicles other than those specified in § 72.06(A) shall be parked at the angle to the curb or in the center as indicated by such marks or signs.
(B) The Common Council shall determine on what streets, or parts of streets, angle or center parking shall be permitted and cause the same to be marked or signed.
