(A) Special stops authorized. The Chief of Police is authorized and required to establish and designate by appropriate signs, bus stops on such public streets and in such places and number as the Common Council shall direct.
(B) Other vehicles not to park in stop. It shall be unlawful for any vehicle, other than a bus, to stand or park in an officially designated bus stop, except that the operator of any passenger vehicle may temporarily stop in any such stop for the purpose of and while actually engaged in receiving or discharging passengers.
(C) Buses prohibited from parking in designated places. It shall be unlawful for the operator of any bus to stand or park such bus in any business district at any place other than the bus stop except that this provision shall not prevent the operator of any such bus from temporarily stopping in accordance with other parking regulations at any place for the purpose of or while actually engaged in receiving and discharging passengers.
