9-2-4: DEPOSITS 1 :
   A.   Deposits: Deposits required with each application shall be used to defray the expenses hereinafter set forth. The amount of each deposit after the initial deposit shall be sufficient to bring the deposit balance to the amount required for that level of review after crediting the balance remaining on deposit from the previous deposits made. It no further application is made for one hundred eighty (180) days after the last application was processed, or after the processing of the final plat the Village Treasurer shall return any unexpected balance in the deposit fund to the applicant as directed by Village Board.
   B.   Examination Costs: The subdivider shall pay all costs and fees, and hearing costs, reproduction expenses, miscellaneous costs for engineering examination and Attorney's examination provided for in subsections 9-2-1-1D, E, F, as well as all costs of recording the proposed subdivision.
   C.   Fee Expense Deposit: The amount of the deposit shall be estimated by the Village Engineer and the Village Attorney on the basis of the facts set forth in the preliminary plat. After the final plat has been approved, before recording, the subdivider shall deposit additional sums sufficient to pay the cost of inspections and other costs and fees which may become due as provided in Section 9-4-7 of this Title. The amount of the deposit shall be estimated by the Village Engineer and the Village Attorney, and, if the funds are determined to be insufficient at anytime to meet anticipated costs, the subdivider shall, on ten (10) days' notice, make additional deposits as required.
