Prior to the issuance of a certificate of compliance or an occupancy permit, a standard U.S. post office mailbox with a street number shall be installed. The installation, placement and anchoring of the mailbox shall be in accord with all United States postal service rules and regulations, as they may be amended from time to time, and with the specifications set forth in figure number 7-1-9:A at the end of this chapter.
