CHAPTER 1153 Enforcement

A Zoning Official shall be designated by the Village Council. It shall be the duty of the Zoning Official to administer and enforce this Code in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. All departments, officials, and public employees of the Village vested with the duty and authority to issue permits or licenses shall conform to the provisions of this Chapter.
