§ 31.03 CLERK-TREASURER.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is the fiscal officer of the city and shall perform the duties assigned by I.C. 36-4-10-4, and such other duties as Common Council may, by ordinance, require. The Clerk-Treasurer shall hire the employees in the Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
