§ 32.05 CLERK-TREASURER AS CLERK OF COMMON COUNCIL.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be the Clerk of Common Council and shall perform the duties prescribed by I.C. 36-4-6-9 and such others as the Common Council may direct.
