(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person determined to have violated § 52.004 shall be fined up to $2,500 per occurrence. Any violator of this § 52.004 shall be further subject to a fine equal to the replacement costs and damages which will be added for repair charges to any portion of the distribution system, and the labor and equipment charges for such repairs.
(C) Any person determined to have violated this § 52.005 shall be fined $2,500 per occurrence. Any violator of this § 52.005 shall be further subject to a fine equal to the replacement costs and damages which will be added for repair charges to any portion of the distribution system, and the labor and equipment charges for such repairs. In the case of any automobile or vehicular accident involving the breaking or disconnection of a public fire hydrant or any component of the water distribution system, the party responsible for causing such damage, shall pay for the repair or replacement, including, but not limited to, the cost of installation.
