A wholesale or retail merchandising license is not required with respect to the conduct of any wholesale or retail merchandising activity authorized under a peddler’s or itinerant merchant’s registration certificate granted under §§ 112.15 through 112.21, or which is exempt from the registration requirement under the provisions of § 112.17, nor for concessionary sales of merchandise upon the premises of a licensed wholesale or retail merchant in conjunction with his or her usual business; nor for the maintenance and operation of automatic vending machines.
