§ 63.204   FRAUD
   Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of any fraud, cheating, or misrepresentation, whether through himself or through an employee, while acting as a peddler in the city or who shall barter, sell, or peddle any goods or merchandise, or ware other than those specified in his application for a license shall be deemed guilty of a violation of this article.

§ 63.999   PENALTY
   (A)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 63.001 - 63.002 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (B)   Any person or organization violating the provisions of §§ 63.101 or 63.102 shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 63.200 through 63.204 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) no more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
