§ 63.001   DISPLAY OF MERCHANDISE
   No person, firm, or corporation shall sell, vend, or display for the purpose of sale, any produce, goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind or nature obtained for the purpose of resale while on any of the public streets in the city.
